Great work sir, you are one of the best in the business. It was good to see you Don Cheadle, and Wesley Snipes work together. I hope to see more. The Wire would have made one hell of a major movie like "Sex In The City", but not without Omar.
Just recently got "Wired"...I missed it the first time around, now I think it is the best dramatic series ever on television. And you were a major reason. I'm just getting into S5 of The Wire now and am not happy about the spoiler above! I thought he would outlast them all as he has so far (S4). Regardless, Omar was one of the best characters in a TV series, "Rippin and Runnin" like no-one else could. Can't wait for boardwalk, I'm sure Chalky White will be a larger than life character also.
I just can't believe Steve Buscemi's casting for Nucky. For someone who was supposed to be an imposing person partly due to his statue (he was a big person all round) and authority, Buscemi's casting makes a mockery of this :(
If chalky get's a right hand man or young protege this is my campaign for the part. I'll be an extra on the show coming up soon. Just had a fitting. :)
